Refund policy
ICAN does not accept returns or exchanges. This is because of the nature of our organization, and because we are custom printing each item and shipping it internationally. Accordingly, please make sure to review the size chart, and your purchase details, before finalizing your order. If you have any questions, please contact webshop@icanw.org.
What happens if an order is damaged in the mail?
If an item is damaged by post, please send a photo to hello@teemill.com and webshop@icanw.org with the order number and photos of the damaged item. We will ask you to return the damaged item so that we can inspect it and then recycle it and send a free replacement.
