Our partners Teemill, Printify and Printful deliver to many countries and regions worldwide. The only limit is the availability of services provided by payment and courier partners in a country. You can see the full list of the countries that Teemill, Printify and Printful can ship ICAN products to below, or in your cart, before you pay for your order. If your country is not shown in the list, unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to this location. We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.

Shipping and Handling
Products from the ICAN Store are produced and shipped by our suppliers above under the following basis:
- Our webshop uses a print-on-demand model, which means we don't hold any inventory. Every product is custom-made just for you once your order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs without waste, but it also means we don't control the production or shipping process. We partner with sustainable vendors like Teemill, Printful, and Printify to handle everything from printing to shipping. These vendors work with their own third-party carriers, so delivery times can vary based on factors like location, demand, and carrier performance. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or how long it will take for an order to be received once an order has been placed.
- You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the Products reach the specified delivery location. Any additional charges for customs and/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
- Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and will be responsible for all entry documents required by customs border protection and for the product classification and payment of duties, as well as any other import obligations and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Products.
- Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
- The list of countries that we do accept orders from and deliver to can be found above and in the online checkout area of our website and may be amended from time to time.
- Shipping fees are set by region and will be calculated on check out.All shipping time estimates are estimates.
- ICAN does not accept returns or exchanges. This is because of the nature of our organization, and because we are custom printing each item and shipping it internationally. Please read more in our return policy.
